Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched, subject to processing status.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request cancellation, contact PR Gold Wale as soon as possible and provide your order details.
For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.
COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not require a payment refund.
